Syed Aftab Hameed

Syed Aftab Hameed, a commerce graduate having 1st class academic carrier, has qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in the year 1985. He became the fellow member of the Institute in the year 1990. Being in the profession since 1985 as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Aftab Hameed has / had been conducting or supervising audits, investigations or rendering management consultancy services in the various fields of business, trade & commerce, etc. Mr. Aftab Hameed is directly involved in advising to clients on all problems concerning the entire range of taxation laws operative in Pakistan. He also represents major clients including multinationals before taxation authorities’ right from the assessment to appellate stage. He is well regarded for his professional competence and expertise in tax circles. Mr. Aftab Hameed has a considerable experience in foreign investment contracts and has traveled abroad in this connection. He remained a sitting member of Accounting & Auditing Standards Committee and Education and Training Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for a number of terms, with active participation. Presently he is a member of Technical Advisory Committee of the Institute.


S.M. Tanvir

Mr. Shaikh Mohammad Tanvir qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 1985 and became a fellow Member of the Institute in 1992. He also heads all affairs pertaining to corporate matters and has complete command over Companies Ordinance, 1984, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Acts and various Rules made there-under, Monopolies and Trade Restrictive Practices Ordinance, Modaraba Companies and Modaraba Ordinance, Prudential regulation of State Bank of Pakistan, Workers’ Participation Fund, Employees Retirement laws, Stock Exchange laws and regulations, Rules regarding leasing companies etc. He has also been handling the matters of Mergers and acquisitions, change of management of listed and unlisted companies, investigations into financial affairs of various clients, representing on legal affairs with respect to financial matters, advising expertise on decision making with corroboration. As a result of his dedication towards the worked assigned to him, he has been very familiar amongst all the clients and related professional circles. He also served as a member of the Auditing and Accounting Standard Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for a number of years.He has also been an expert on the matters of registration of foreign companies, foreign investment, and taxation of non-residents and as an expert has written a number of Articles on the subject.


Muhammad Hanif Razzak

Mr. Mohammad Hanif Razzak became fellow Member in the year 1998 and joined the firm as partner on 01-Feb-1999 and looks after audit, tax and corporate law matter besides consultancy section specially financial matters Mr. Razzak’s direct exposure to problem’s relating to industrial companies distinguishes him in the professional field and his rich experience add value to the services offered by the firm. Mr. Razzak’s practical experience and practical approach has enabled the clients of the Firm to enrich the state of the arc financial affairs, tax planning, presentation of financial statements, improved documentation, proper coordination among the staff and the internal and external auditors, continuing advancement etc. He has been assigned the task of revamping the development of audit techniques and procedures and heading the Firm in documenting required at all levels. He has also been assigned the task of imparting training to the audit staff. Both the above tasks have been completely fulfilled and progressive advancement therein has been carried out by proper monitoring of the tasks.


Khan Muhammad

Mr. Khan Muhammad qualified in 1994 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Soon after his qualification, in the year 1995, he started his own professional practice initially as Khan Mohammad & Co., Chartered Accountants, and became the part of Mansha Mohsin, Dossani, Khan & Co.(MMDK), Chartered Accountants in the same year. On July 01, 2007, Gardezi & Co., merged into Hyder Bhimji & Co., and at the same time, he has also amalgamated his professional practice with Hyder Bhimji & Co. and was inducted as partner incharge of Faisalabad Office thereby resigning as a partner from MMDK. Being in the profession since 1995 as Chartered Accountant, he has/had been conducting or supervising audits, taxation, corporate secretarial services, investigations or rendering management consulting services in the various fields of business, trade and commerce single mindedly in Faisalabad. He is a renowned and well respected personality in the business as well as professional circles in Faisalabad. He has been elected as a member of the Northern Regional Committee (NRC) of ICAP for two terms and also served as the Chairman and Secretary of NRC. He is also Member and Chairman of CPD committee for the last four years. He was the member of Technical Advisory Committee & Accounting and Auditing Standard Committee of ICAP.


Shabir Ahmed

Being in the profession since 2000 as a Chartered Accountant and became a fellow member of the Institute in the year 2005, Mr. Shabir Ahmed has/had been conducting or supervising audits, investigations or rendering management consulting services in the various fields of business, trade and commerce. The key area of responsibility of Mr. Shabir Ahmad in the firm is to supervise and look after the Taxation and Corporate sections of the firm.
