  • Mr. Fahad Ali Shaikh started his professional carrier with the firm as
    trainee in 2008 and was appointed as Manage Assurance in June 2012.
    He qualified and became associate member of the Institute of Chartered
    Accountants of Pakistan in 2012 has been inducted as a partner of the
    firm to render professional services at Karachi Office together with the
    senior partners of the firm Shaikh Mohammad Tanvir and Mohammad
    Hanif Razzak.
  • He is /was engaged and supervising various assurance and other
    engagements including, Audit and Interim reviews of the financial
    statement, Special Audits Engagements, Internal Control and Internal
    Audit Assignments, Corporate, secretarial and tax consultancy
    engagements, Due Diligence in the process of acquisitions and mergers
    and various agreed upon procedures engagements of diversified
    commercial, banking, insurance and not for profit organizations.
    The exposure to a wide spectrum of clients with a variety of work
    experience has enabled him to develop an in-depth view of the various
    accounting and internal control systems, financial management,
    corporate and tax laws, corporate governance and regulatory as well
    as accounting framework for a range of industries.
    He has developed and practical knowledge and command over
    Companies Ordinance, 1984 (Repealed with Companies Act, 2017),
    Banking Companies Ordinance, Insurance Ordinance 2002, International
    Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs), NBFC Laws and Regulations,
    Prudential regulation of State Bank of Pakistan, Stock Exchange laws
    and regulations, Income Tax Ordinance 2002, Workers’ Participation
    Fund, Employees Retirement laws, Sales Tax Act 1990, Sindh Sales Tax
    on Services Act 2011 etc.
    He has also good command over computer applications and
    computerization of accounting systems and ERPs (Oracle Financial, SAP,
    MYSIS, Matrix, SHMA etc.) and have been supervising, guiding and
    coordinating firm’s IT personnel for effective and efficient audit
    documentation and management of engagements and has been also
    involved in Conducting / arranging in house trainings of the professional
    staff.
